5 PM Free Dinner (Burrito or Salad Bar from Costa Vida)

6 PM Community Singing

6:30 - 8:30 PM Open Mic

You can attend parts or the whole Workshop or Open Mic.  Come when you can.

Community Singing /Open Mic is open for everyone to share. All abilities and ages are welcome.

Details For Workshop:  

Please bring a Water Bottle, pen, and paper, a drum, and a yoga mat if you attend those sessions  Please dress in layers for comfort as will be doing mindful movement, gentle yoga, meditation, drumming, and mindful topics.  Speakers' Names: Stephanie Siddiqui, Karen Martinsen, Nicole Grove, Emily Kaspari, Amanda Roloson, and Deb Calph

Workshop Schedule*:

Please arrive 15-30 min early to get situated

Each presentation is 30 minutes with a 5-minute transition with 10 min break in the middle.

1 PM - Introductions, Share Names & Intention

1:15 PM - Mindful Movement with Stephanie Siddiqui, Touching Worlds LLC

1:45 PM - 5-minute transition

1:50 PM - Gentle Yoga with Emily Kaspari

2:20 PM - 5-minute transition

2:25 PM - NVC Communication Game with Karen Martinsen

2:55 PM - 10-minute transition (longer break)

3:05 PM - Wellness Topic with Amanda Roloson

3:35 PM - 5-minute transition

3:40 PM - Mindfulness with Nicole Grove 

4:10 PM - 5-minute transition

4:15 PM - Drumming with Deb Calph

4:45 PM - Conclusion & Gratitude Take Away


5 PM -  Free Dinner - Meet and Greet 


Details For Open Mic: 

Please bring a water bottle and your musical instrument.  Speakers, mics, and a guitar will be provided.  Each person can share 1 or 2 songs read a poem, or tell jokes. No Keyboard will be provided.

Open Mic Schedule: *

6 PM- Community Singing (Contact me  - 6 people can lead a song)

6:30 PM - Open Mic (Songs, Jokes, Poems, and more Community Singing are welcomed. First Come Sign Up Sheet)


Please stay home if sick and the event is scent-free.  No fragrances, please.

Kids are welcome if supervised by an adult. Play at your own risk with the amenities. 

Helpers are needed at the beginning, end, and during the meal of this event.

What is Sea Others Foundation?

Sea Others Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt human service non-profit agency that started in 2014.  


Sea Others Foundation helps people with referrals and community-building outreach programs for those who are looking for resources and or a creative/supportive community.  The people who contact us may not be aware of programs that can help them or they want to develop a sense of community through outreach programs such as open mics, recording an album, national night out, or fun events.


The goal of the Sea Others Foundation is to help all people (families and individuals) find resources for those who might have had similar experiences or who want to attend inspiring or artistic outreach events that build a diverse community. We would love our foundation to be about sharing helpful resources and sharing inspiration.

Sea Others Foundation Outreach Services include:

Sea Others Glow Album of community-style songs.

Open Microphone events for upcoming musicians and talent.

Day of Gratitude Celebration to create inspiration, enjoy each other friendship, and help each other to do good.  

National Night Out to bring communities together with their local police department and emergency workers.

Assist with setting up a free lending library, fitness programming at community centers with a Girl Scouts Silver Award, etc.

Opportunities to volunteer at a local food shelf or other community events.
